Special Recognition Award in the 9th annual art competition “SeaScapes 2019” at the Light, Space & Time Art Gallery (USA) in November 2019.
Handmade oil painting “Scarlet Sails” was painted by a palette knife on canvas using impasto technique in expressionist style. A bright red, yellow and brown palette fills the surrounding space with refreshing and optimistic atmosphere. The artwork can be a beautiful decoration for a marine style interior.
The painting is stretched on a wooden stretcher, unframed, the canvas edges are exposed, but accurately cut and painted dark brown, therefore the artwork could be hung without a frame; iron plates with metal wire are fixed on the back.
The painting is signed, entitled and dated on the back. A certificate of authenticity is available.
The artwork is created and kept in a pet-free and smoke-free environment.
Upon request of a customer residing in or visiting Toronto the painting can be viewed in kind at the artist's showroom.
Thank you for taking an interest in my artwork.
Kind regards, Natalia
